Shipping Policy

US Orders:
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders, of any size, anywhere within the United States. Orders normally ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail and arrive within 2-5 days.

International Orders:
Shipping cost is by weight and country, so it can be calculated in the cart page or at checkout. We ship via DirectLink/PostNord and items arrive normally within 1-3 weeks.
Items are delivered not duty paid, so customer is responsible for any VAT or duties on their parcels.

Regarding Customs:
It is the responsibility of the customer to understand their local and national government rules and regulations regarding personal care products. Refresh Skin Therapy is not responsible for products confiscated or rejected by Customs Authorities of a destination country.

 

How do I return an item?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any of Refresh Skin Therapy’s products up to 1 year after the date of purchase, for any reason, no questions asked.

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact our Returns Department at info@refreshskintherapy.com to ensure that you are able to return this item. The Returns Department will provide you with the correct return shipping address.
2. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit within 48 hours of item being marked as delivered by the carrier.
